Felt rather positive this morning when I opened my eyes! Have managed 30 minutes on the Wii Fit and was pleased when it told me I had lost 2lb but we will see the real results at ww's as that is the result that matters!
I haven't been 'good' the past 2 days, although, I haven't been binge eating either but we have been finishing off the crap that was left over from Christmas, although I fed the majority of it to the kids. We will not be buying anymore chocs/biscuits/crisps though so should be able to keep on track now!
I am planning on doing some more on the wii fit tomorrow and every morning from now on and I also plan to go to aqua-fit (water aerobics) on Thursday at the local council recreation centre..I am considering buying the MOS:Aeroburn which on the advert didn't look to difficult and had fab music, the kind that makes you want to get up and dance :-)
So..we will see......
